cannot connect

ive been trying to connect to a friends server for 2 days now and even tried direct connect, but nothing has working, also in the server list, nothing comes up the server list i see the aternos icon but not even the server comes up like it would say, the server of this person, and it times out when im trying to connect, minecraft username: Tidalwavem8ttv

thats what its been saying for me and nothing else, keep in mind my other friends can get in but i cannot
