connection closed - mismatched mod channel list

I've been looking around to try and resolve this issue on my own, seeing that it is fairly common, but I've been to no avail. Some friends and I are using a custom mod pack via Curseforge Launcher and I've added all of the mods and dependencies making sure all of them are the same version and still no luck. I am positive that we are using the correct version of Minecraft and Forge. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How would I go about finding the mods that don't match? I've gone through my mods folder and made sure all of them are in it and that all of them are the same version. Thank you!
