You can't upload plugins yourself. You can only use the plugins which are listed or you can make a plugin request in the forum section "Plugin/Modpack Request".
Do you need ItemCase 1.5.1 or ItemCase for Minecraft 1.5.1? Both don't exist.. The plugin developer only made versions for Minecraft 1.7 ...
