I cant play on my server because after a few seconds of joining me and my friends get timed out, I tried creating a new world but it still had the same outcome, the server software is forge 1.16 and there are 63 current mods

Does the issue persist without mods?

Then it's probably related to one of your mods.
Try removing your mods one by one.

I tried doing that and the server still keeps crashing, I placed the mods back, generated a new world and the server keeps lasting longer and longer but still crashes
That doesn't really make sense.
If you have removed mods one by one you should now have no more mods installed.
But above you said it works without mods.
