      I have a problem with the mod version of minecraft. If some mod requires 1.12.2 (14.23.4.2766), I put this version, and now it already requires ANOTHER mod, let's say 1.12.2 (14.23.2854)
      How to fix it?

    In most cases a mod does not require that specific forge version, it requires the displayed version or newer.

    If different mods require different versions of forge you have to decide which mods you want to keep.

    Note that different versions of mods can support different versions of forge.
