Issues with PVP

I recently create a server and wanted it to have PVP on but when PVP is on and I joined the game, my character immediately fall down the void. When looked up the chunks are still loading and after a while I got disconnected, an error showed up and it said "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset". When turned off PVP, this does not happened and it's normal like nothing happened, here's pictures for proof. I need suggestion ASAP

I do not have any mods or plugins, just ordinary minecraft

Try disabling your firewall.

If that doesn't work, try generating a new world.

Thank you so much, I've disable the firewall and my world is back to normal now.
