How can I block some mods or crafts

Hello Aternos community, I'm here again with a new question, I have a server with Forge 1.12.2 with more than 100 mods and i want to know if I can block some mods, I mean, for example, the Mekanism mod I only want the Walkie-Talkie, and the rest of the things of that mod I want that the rest of the people can't craft them, or for example the Galacticraft mod, block all temporally till we are equiped (I want to block or unlock manually, not a system) and no one can craft it, is that possible?. No, I have seen some mods documentation and it don't says nothing of that, anyone knows if its a mod or something.
