I updated to 1.10, and pretty much everything was fine, except there's no spawn eggs for husks, strays, polar bears, mules, zombie horses, etc.
Why do husks, strays and polar bears not appear in the spawn egg section?

Because they aren't added to minecraft itself yet... This "bug" has nothing to do with the Aternos server system but with minecraft. I think Microsoft will fix it in the next update.
But I'm not sure if they'll add mules and zombie horse spawn eggs, because these are just variations of horses..btw. you still can spawn all of them with a command block. (just google it, you'll find it)

hmm, didn't know that, but still, they aren't in the 1.10 release..
