Why does it says failed to synchronize registry data from server closing connection, For me when I have enough requirements to join the server?

So recently I experienced a error named. "failed to synchronize registry data from server closing connection" Yesterday I can still play my server, But today, I can't join, even though I have all the mods like in the server files, But again I've tried many ways to fix it but nothing work, But it doesnt work,
Some of my friends still can join the server,

All the mods functions fine in single player, and no errors were seen while i log into minecraft.
