oDiablo, no offense but i think you dont get what it means....it says its for "Minecraft Client not for servers" that means you have to download it and use it YOURSELF it doesnt mean its for server so download the client and search how to use it online.

yes you can, but instead using that OptiFabric why dont you use WiiZoom? its much better and you can zoom in stuff by scrolling your mouse. The link to it is here --> https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/wi-zoom

OptiFabric is only made for your Minecraft client.

Put it in your mods folder, and it works.. you don't need it on your server.
