I'm trying to add a mod called Factions (Fabric) to a modded server, but I didn't find it in the mods page. I tried to make a suggestion, but instead of the suggestion going through, It just says, "This plugin/mod is not popular enough." I did a bit of research and I read that any mod needs at least 1,000 downloads, but this mod has over 3,000. How do I suggest this mod?
