Can someone help me with my problem, i want to add ranks to my server and i want to know what plugins should i use to add the ranks next to the player's name and in chat. And what would be better luckperms or Powerranks. Server version 1.17.1

LuckPerms would probably be better, because it has a web editor, and works very well. LuckPerms is also highly rated as the best permissions plugin out there.

Thx but there still one thing bothering me. It is that what plugins should i use to see tge rank next to the players name and in chat and in tab
LuckPerms already does that.
