Can I download the files from the pluggins folder?

Hi, I have a question. Is it if it could somehow download the files that cannot be opened from the pluggins folder? The file is .db so I can't copy it as a .yml either

Hello, I have done what you told me and it says "Access denied" I'm the owner of the server and I don't know why it won't let me. Also thanks for the help

Its in spanish but "Acceso denegado" is access denied
