Orebfuscator 5.1.6

Hi . Recently i was looking for an effective anti xray plugin for my server , I came across Orefuscastor and installed it with the required libraries . it didn't work since i was using 1.17 so i decided to do some research and i came across a "Rebooted" version of it that supports 1.12 - 1.17+

in spigotmc . i don't mind this being ignored , ill just continue with another anti-xray plugin
