So me and a friend decided to try skyfactory. We downloaded veinminer locally and both can use it in singleplayer worlds. However whenever we try to use veinminer on the server it doesn't work. I tried doing the /veinminer command but it says that the command is unknown. That got me thinking that maybe veinminer isn;t installed on the server. Can one of the admins confirm this and if this is true can you tell me what to do to put veinminer on my server. Thanks in advance.

Aternos servers doesn't have veinminer enabled and they won't enable it, sorry.
They want the most amount of people to be able to play the pack. -
VeinMiner is a mod that has to be downloaded additionally, so it's not the default configuration anymore. Adding an option for VeinMiner would mean creating a "new modpack" in our system and that is a huge effort.

I discovered this thread a tad too late when posting my complaint about the mod, I'd like to know why they would include a mod pack with a mod they have no intention of letting players utilize, if they will not allow the mod to be enabled, they should be made to seek out a modpack with an alternative mod, cutting down these trees is a pain in the arse vein miner made tolerable.

this sucks because a lot more people like vein miner then the people that don't and vein miner is very helpful like what hayksmn said it helps in the late game with all the grinding so i don't know why you don't support the mod
