I'm running a modded server, and whenever i join it says internal server error. One of the mods aren't working but idk which one.

Check the server log

In that log the server did not crash. It stopped because no one joined it.
Also a player that tried join appears to have a different mod collection installed: https://mclo.gs/VP6fphI#L6671
