Multiverse-core and znpcs tp to another server deop not working

hello , i use the znpcs and mv-core. But some of my members cannot join survival, mob battles and etc. Because there is a teleport permission bug? when they click the npc.

I use pr for the rank perms plugin, do I need to do like the perms and the multiverse.access and teleport?
