THE FROST WALKER ENCHANTMENT NOT WORKING

As like I said in the title, the frost walker boots isn't working, I've search on the bug report page and I've found this

"I had server authoritative movement turned off. When I turned it back on, frost walker worked."

So is it possible to change it on aternos?
