Modpack works fine then crashes

    So i have installed mods in my modpack it works fine then i decided to add:
    Thermal Innovation
    Thermal cultivation
    Thermal Expansion
    thermal Foundation
    Thermal Dynamics
    Gravestone
    CofhCore
    CofhWorld

    Then it crash so i deleted all 1 by 1 until all the added mods are gone but still it crashes even though i deleted the thermal series and gravestone
    i also tried to generate a world hopefully it will reset thinking it s a world problem but it wont work. . .

    The reason why your server is crashing is because it is running out of memory.

    Yes even though i generated new world i dont think it ran out of memory Because it pinged me the server started but it forced to stop :/
    By the way its not from a modpack its from mods and i made a modpack on it
