Error with launching the server

We've played for 4 days straight and there was no error, but today, i decided to lauch server and error appeard

I think i figured out what happend, i found that post on https://forums.minecraftforge.net/

And I have the same problem, so according to this forge's new version is broken
Can you backup forge on earlier version?

Now Forge on 37.0.88, not 37.0.77, but still doesn't work
