Confused about Modpack Update

Hey,

I don't know if general is the right place to put this, but I'm confused on how often modpacks are updated on here? I've been searching and have seen "only on weekends", or "within 24 hours", which of these it true? Or is it different now?

Just wanted to know as I'm playing Crucial 2, and could benefit from a few performance boosts and balances it adds.

Ah, alright, thanks! I got the weekend thing from Here, which is from 2017, but I swear I saw someone mention the same thing more recently, but they might have been sourcing that from here.
