Re enable the Modpack (Permafrost - Eyes of the Storm)

Hey, a time ago i asked for the permafrost pack to be added again and a developer replied that the server pack was outdated, Today i Checked and the server pack was updated!

So here i am again asking for its reinstatement (Sorry if im anoying or something me and some friends we want to make a playthrough)
