So yesterday my buddy and I decided we wanted plugins on our server, so we did a backup and installed a few plugins and it seemed to be working fine on the server, but now every time the server shuts down normally, it seems to restart and we lose our OP status and have to manually get it back from the console, and we lose any progress we did with the plugins (Ranks created are lost). Is there any way to stop this from happening?

Maybe there is an issue in the config of Duels plugin so try deleting it's config and if it doesn't work then try removing that plugin

Try downloading your world and reinstall your server by going to https://aternos.org/options/. After doing this upload the world and install all of your plugins back then start your server and see if you face the same issue. Note that reinstalling your server will delete all all the files. If you want you can copy the config of few main plugins like power ranks but if possible setup all the plugins from scratch
