Pixelmon "Try restarting you're game"

When i start up the server for pixelmon and try to join it i always say "Try restarting you're game" and also for all my friends...

Is your server on cracked? I recommend you use a premium account.

My server is for free and not cracked but isn't it a problem with the modpack itself because i was able to join for the first time and also my friends but now it says "Try restarting you're game" over and over again...
Plz help cause i love playing pixelspark with my friends and it's so stupid that it doesn't work...
