yesterday, two of my friends logged on the server, and found out that they just in "limbo". when logging in they just spawn in void, cant do anything, dont have anything, they dont see what happens in chat, but can write in it. if you hitting them, nothing happens on their end. they would just float in the air if you break blocks below them. after a short time they get disconnected.
they dont have any internet issues, other servers are working fine for them. at least for four people on the server everything is fine, except for these two.
today, the same issue occurred with another person, but then it fixed itself, BUT now this person can interact with the world, but cant see anything, only entities. they can load single chunk by breaking or placing block, but thats all
we tried create a new server with same world, but the issues still were here and we guessing that the problem lies in aternos itself, not in the server... but still wondering is there anything we can do

Can you please provide more information about your server? Software, version, installed mods/plugins etc.
Also share the log
Does the issue persist if you reinstall the server?
