the only way I know to fix a current problem I have is to be able to edit some .jar files I have, but this sight has not that capability, can anyone help?

Don't you mean the plugin's configuration files?

You can edit your plugin's configurations at the Files & Plugins page.

You can't edit .jar files. They are not supposed to be edited. These files are supposed to be executed, these are running programs.
