After playing for a collective ~10 hrs, I am unable to start my server now. The modpack is called Enigmatic 6 and attached is the log file.

I tried installed Enigmatic 6 on my server and even my server crashed so there is some issue with the modpack. You can try contact the modpack author regarding this.
