    So I want to find a login plugin for my server that ONLY allows me to log in and not the other member.
    Is there something like that?

    Additionally, I'm using Spigot.

    No I mean like my friend usually login to my account to mess with the Server.
    I tell them I will download the Login Plugin but they just don't wanna do that cause it could sometimes be buggy.

    Use a login plugin lIke loginsecurity or authme reloaded. If there is any bugs you can report it to their GitHub or if they are scared what will happen if they forget password, the config file should have a list of passwords and their usernames.
