i have a fabric server with a few mods it wont let me join the server and keeps showing this error
incomplete set of tags received from server please contact server operator

Share your client log
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
5. send the link here -
One of your mods is causing the problems, I'm not sure but I think the mod Upgraded Shulkers is the problem.

Have you installed the mod called byg on your PC. If yes then maybe check if the version of the mod matches the version of the mod on the server

Mods are very complicated, and there are lots of different reasons why they might not work as expected. We only see the same logs as you do and can only try to google for a solution. You could try reinstalling your software and mods on your client.
