I can't add some of the new plugins you guys have added 
it won't go into the server plugin list

Which Plugins did you mean exactly? When the Aternos Team adds a Plugin it is in the Server list, but when it's not you maybe can delete your Cache and then all Plugins that have been added should be in the list.

Spigot plugins may not work at the moment, we are working on a fix already.
