Please add this Arctic Survival mod

This is a modpack based on the ForgeLabs Arctic Survival modpack (which was previously requested) however, this modpack includes a server mods file which the other one did not. Please add this modpack to the list. This modpack adds new weapons, ores, a snowy theme, new mobs, survival mecanics, etc.
