Mod not updated to 1.18.1

Hi , so I trying to add a mod called "Better Animal Plus" to my 1.18.1 fabric server. But at the aternos server mod section, I cant find the mod and it keep showing "No mods found" although 1.18.1 for fabric is already available on curse forge. And when I suggest the mod, it said the mod was already suggested. So is the mod available ??

I can install the mod now. Thanks for replying. (I am sure I cant see 1.18.1 previously, but now I think aternos add the version for 1.18.1)
