Different plugin for NPCs (1.18 version)

I was asking if there is a plugin that adds NPCs , and works for 1.18

or if there's a way to make citizens work on 1.18 ( idk if it exists but if you guys know something tell me)

Thanks , i saw this but i think its useless, it's so limited, do you know a different one? where u can add a player skin ( that is not my skin only like this plugin) or that can make move npc? thx a lot anyway !
