Plugins Not Being Installed

So. I am making a server and i wanted to add a plugin. It did say that it's installed but when i turn on the server and check the "/plugins" it says that there are no plugins! I don't know why is it happening. I tried Changing versions, installing other plugins, But nothing worked! If you know an answer to all of this. Then please tell me.

SERVER VERSION: 1.17.1 (previously 1.18.1 but still doesn't work)

ENGINE: PaperMC

i installed the plugins from the aternos plugin store. And i tried restarting the server but i still have the problem

I think the plugin doesn't work for server version which you're in, please check which all versions does the plugin support, and also please do check console to see if there is any errors when the server trying load it.
