Currently it is not possible to upload a world without overwriting the main one.

You have two worlds through the use of plugin Multiverse-Core and lobby to have their own server, but you can not add a second world through button upload / new you have to build yourself lobby server a little sweat on the lobby

Actually, it is possible! Just do /mv clone on your main world, and then upload that world. You'll have both worlds, but anything plugin related on the cloned world like World Guard and Factions and things like that will reset.
