Put mods from computer files

i was trying to put some mods in but when i search in aternos mods i didn't found a few mods that i supposed to add. and i cant also request the mods that im trying to put in because for some reason i cant because i think someone already requested before but probably rejected.But i really wanna put the mod in the aternos server files so please if i cant put the mods from aternos can you add so i can put it in from my computer files
