Addons for plugins and mods+plugins

Hi!
I have two question about how works aternos with plugins:
-First how i can install a addon to a spigot plugin? (in this case is project korra and the addon is jedcore for PK 1.8.0) or i have to request this addon like a another plugin?
-And the other thing I want to ask is that I want to install minecraft comes alive on the server while using spigot, so is necessary request this mod and select spigot 1.10.2 in the server version or must be requested along with spigot 1.10.2 ?
