What do you mean by plugin is not finding the dependencies even if it's installed? You need to install the dependencies manually and it won't get install automatically. Like for the plugin shown below you need to click on
WolfyUtilities and install it manually.

WolfyUtilities could not be loaded because it requires Java 16 but you are on Java 8.
You can change the Java version on the options page
