Problem with teleporting

hi, on me and my friends server theres an issue, whenever anyone teleport to something like /home or even the nether or end we get sent a couple of block underground and we suffocate, i dont know if this is aternos problem but it happened on 2/2 of my servers can anyone please look into it ?

ive used a couple of different ones and i use the home in the essentials i forgot to put essentials in the plugins list in my last message

it still put me in the ground and the worst issue is i cant go to the nether because it just puts me in lava

when i use only essentials it doesnt put me under the ground but what plugin is causing that ?

when i use only essentials the problem is fixed i think its a different plugin
