I Cannot Login with my account

I wanted to login with my account. So I put my username and password. I know that my username and password is correct. But still when I click the login button it doesn’t do anything. When I click, the animation happens(The blue button gets darker and then it goes back to the previous color). That means It clicks, but the page don’t reloads and nothing happens. I tried with different browsers, vpn but still nothing. I don’t have anything messed up on my browser(Safari), like blocking cookies and ad. What should I do? I am so sad please help me.

I don’t know. I have this problem on Safari browser(on iPhone, not Mac). Should I try with Chrome?
