Only the upload size is limited. The size of your data stored on our servers is unlimited

I think your server crashed because of an error of your server or a misconfiguration, that's why it stops all the time.
If you have reinstalled your server the only way to get your map back is to upload it or to restore a backup.
As you said your map is 300MB big you can't upload it, so you can only restore a backup. -
