My modded server keeps crashing

Idk why but when I start my server it just crashes, when I check logs most of the errors say Couldn't parse data file

I deleted it, should I try starting the server again?

should I also delete the cgm addons, its telling me to reinstall cgm 1.0.0

I deleted 2 mods, I'm gonna check if the server still crashes

mclogs says it has no errors but it still keeps crashing
