hello i have a big problem on my server
every of my plugins doesnt work
the last time when i stop the server it crashed all of my plugins

Did you use the /reload command by any change?

it says this when i try doing any commands..

i did but nothing works
Doing /reload on a server can and most likely will cause issues; please click the Restart button instead. See https://madelinemiller.dev/blog/problem-with-reload/ for more info. If you have a backup of the server before you faced the issue then restore it. If not then delete all plugins and add them back
