    I was wondering if there was a way to upload my own plugin for testing purpose. Due to my computer's limited computing power I am unable to run a server and multiple Minecraft accounts simultaneously, so I was hoping to use this hosting site to do so.

    For multiple reasons we can only allow plugins which are uploaded to spigotmc.org or dev.bukkit.org .
    There is no possibility to upload own plugins.

    But you can, and this is the normal way plugin developers test their plugins(if you are not called @Jonas :'D ), install a spigot server on your computer. There are many tutorials in the internet how you do that.
    You can export the plugin right into the plugins directory without moving, renaming and uploading your plugin to any testing environment.
