The modpack "Slightly Vanilla Flavoured" is a vanilla+ light 1.18.1 Forge modpack, that features some of the most popular most currently available for that version. After having looked around the forums for a while, I didn't see any requests to add the modpack, and it seemingly fits all the requirements.
