Why do you need this plugin? You can display the rank names of groups with EssentialsChat or ChatManager, too.

2. you can add prefiexes using permissionsEx or even with vanilla scoreboard

Then you have to change the chat format in the Essentials config or ChatManager config (depending on which plugin you are using).
