I installed PermissionsEX on my server so I could give everyone separate ranks with a fair chance of playing, but the prefixes will not show. I read into it some, and it is most likely that I do not have EssentialsX Chat. Does anyone know of a way I can download EssentialsX Chat and EssentialsX spawn, because it will not show it in the plugins installation page when I search for it. Also I do not think it is possible to upload plugins onto your server, so I do not see any way to get that plugin. Lastly, I would rather not have to download a separate prefix plugin, and I do not NEED to have this problem fixed. I would just like to have it fixed because I would find it annoying to not have the prefixes, while having this plugin.

Make Sure you have Vault PermissionEx and Other essentials. But i have opinion Download this Groupmanager,EssentialsChat,Vault it will work the prefix will shown

You need some sort of a Chat Managing plugin to be able to use prefixes.

use "bchatmanager" it works well fine
