"Please turn off adblocker" even though it's off.

Hi, I got a bug on my phone where the turn off adblocker screen pops up. My ad blockers are off and ads still show up in the website even though the pop up shows as well.

Same with chrome, I doubt there is anything that my device is doing since ads still show up on my browsers. I also didnt play with my device right when the issue started. I thought this would fix itself or a server malfunction but its been a week.

Edit: nevermind, the problem showed up again

I've done almost everything in the site and no fix yet other than using vpn. I live in the philippines which is FAAAAAR from russia and my ip address is also consired to be in philippines. There have been no news about sanctions or any internet changes other than elon musk's internet company. This issue only started last week and even my pc has the same problem.
