Your server crashes because it detected a mod missing. You can turn it on a few more times until it eventually stops hard crashing.
you can manually remove the missing registries.
First, download your world.
Then open it on singleplayer, with forge. (make sure mahoutsukai is not installed)
The game will ask you to continue with the missing registries. Click on "Yes".
After the world loads, you can now quit Minecraft and upload the world back to your server.

Hey! Hammercroft uhhh I think there is a new problem when I tried to open the world it said "errors in currently selected datapacks prevented the world from loading"
Edit : when I try to press "safe mode" it does absolutely nothing
so that's an issue your facing on singleplayer, not the server right? If yes then why are you asking here

Make it crash in singleplayer,
then send us your .minecraft/logs/latest.log file
the logs say you had mahoutsukai running in your client
do it again, but this time, remove that mod

Sadly, I think you might need to generate a new world for your server.
It seems that Forge can't remove Mahou Tsukai's reality marble dimension.
