So I've tried to join my server on the new updated version of Pixelmon, but it won't work. I also have some friends and I also saw some people who have the very same issue. Everytime it would say "An exisiting connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". I'm pretty sure this is an issue with either the modpack(as it's still in beta) or with the website. If it's something with the modpack, then can you guys please change the version back to 8.4.2?

I tried that pack today and did not have any issues with it.
We don't offer older versions of modpacks.
Do you get the same error on a vanilla server?

I am having the same issue. When I checked the logs I see "Terminating connection with client, mismatched mod list." I'm running the mod pack on technic. Other aternos server mod packs are running fine except this one.

I tried to reinstall the modpacks several times, both from one version to another (such as 8.4.2 to 9.0.0) and straight from uninstalled.
Can you try again now
I'm not sure what the vanilla version would have to do to solve anything
That's just to see if the issue is related to your internet or not. Please give that a try

Here is my suggestion is the problom with pixelmon is not released fowarding to patricks problom,
If pixelmon is still not working right, i would suggest re-developing pixelmon 9.0.0 to aternos
Remember this is just a suggestions, we need to fix this problom therefore if patricks pixelmon server still does not work, we found 1 solution but i do not think it worth it, this was posted by my friend Garnetzx

9.0.0 should work now.
